Coarse Cut Corn is made using a US NO. 3 corn or better. It is manufactured using a 52#/bu test weight. The raw corn is cleaned and then steam treated and run through a crimp mill. The kernel is slightly crimped rather than a flat kernel to help prevent breakage. The corn runs around 15% moisture or lower.
