The ACG Food and Pharmaceutical Calcium Sulfate Dihydrate, is a very fine, free-flowing, odorless, tasteless white powder produced by fine-grinding and air separating a select grade of high-purity white gypsum that is safe for use in food products as outlined in 21 CFR 184.1230 (April, 1986).
